Workshop 6 - Calculating Pay for your Employees
Workshop 7 - Manage your Cashflow
Workshop 8 - The Importance of Forecasting, Budgets & Planning
You can attend whichever workshops you feel will benefit you and your business. Each one stands alone and will give you the knowledge you need to understand your accounts in greater detail and enable you to make informed business decisions.
Each unit can be converted to a recognised accredited qualification by submitting a completed assignment for assessment (additional cost as shown). The assignments are provided by the International Association of Book-keepers (IAB) and an IAB Certificate will be awarded following successful assessment by an external examiner.
Candidates successfully assessed in all eight units will be awarded the IAB Diploma in Small Business Financial Management.
The trainers presenting these workshops are qualified and experienced in their field. The workshops will be run from 9.30am to 4.30pm and study materials, refreshments and lunch will be provided. |
