- Unlimited telephone and email support Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Provision of letters to support telephone/email advice provided e.g. disciplinary invites, warnings, offer letter and employment contracts etc.
- Review of draft policies, procedures and other documentation with the provision of updates based on changes to legislation or business needs of those processes reviewed as part of the HR Health-check
- Regular email updates regarding changes in employment legislation and best practice
